Mark Schlachtenhaufen | The Edmond Sun Stephanie Mundell, 15, and her nurse, Deborah Platt, share their thoughts following Wednesday night� presentation about the Chitwood Neighborhood Alliance, a group that opposes the location of the proposed Public Safety Center in their area. Mundell was injured in a car accident when she was 3 years old and she worries more traffic would put others at risk.
