Eagles were spotted Friday morning at Arcadia Lake during the first hour of Eagle Watch. Eagle Watch continues from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily through Sunday. Admission to the lake is half-price — $3 per vehicle— during the event. The lake park office is about 3 miles east of I-35 off Second Street.
