University of Central Oklahoma students spent in a day in service Monday in honor of the nation's observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Students were out of class Monday for the federal holiday, but spent their time instead volunteering at the HOPE Center of Edmond, Infant Crisis Services and at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.
