MARK SCHLACHTENHAUFEN | THE EDMOND SUN Workers continue to construct the new Francis Tuttle Business Innovation Center at Interstate 35 and Covell. The two-story 38,000-square-foot facility is being developed by Raptor Properties. The Business Innovation Center is expected to open in the fall.
