PHOTO PROVIDED Following a Champion of Character presentation before the Edmond City Council, Character Council spokesperson Emoly West joins with Barbara and Dr. J.W. Weatherford, Dr. Bob Brown and his wife Jerry, and their good friends and supporters Mo and Richard Anderson. Bob Brown was recognized before the City Council meeting as being a "Champion of Character" for exemplifying the character trait of virtue. Brown was nominated by Weatherford.
