Shakespeare in the Park presents “As You Like It” at 8 p.m. Rosalind, the daughter of a banished duke, falls in love with Orlando at a wrestling match. Her usurping uncle, jealous of her popularity, banishes her from court. Disguised as a boy, she leaves with her cousin Celia (Shae Orrick) and the jester Touchstone to seek out her father in the Forest of Arden, a magical place where lovers chance to meet, old enmities are buried, estranged brothers are reunited and every story has a happy ending. The 1st Leukemia Lift, to benefit 8-year-old Edmond resident Kennedy Stearns, will be from 6-8 p.m. at Results Fitness and Nutrition Center, 1425 S. Santa Fe. Areas of competition include, bench press, push-ups, pull-ups and the curl competition. Donors pledge dollars per rep or pound depending on the area of competition. Each participant must pay $50 for registration and have at least one donor.

Preschool Storytime, for ages 3-5, will be from 10-10:30 a.m. at the Edmond Library. There will be songs, fingerplays, puppets, hidden mysteries, special stories and occasional crafts.
ESL will be from 1-4 p.m. at the Edmond Library. Adults can improve their written and spoken English in this class offered by Oklahoma City Community College. Class and materials are free. Enroll with the instructor on the first day of class.
ESL/Citizenship will be from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Edmond Library. Adults can learn English as a Second Language by practicing their writing, speaking, listening skills and prepare for the citizenship test. Classes are provided free by Oklahoma City Community College.
Henderson Hills Baptist Church, I-35 and 15th Street exit, will offer a one-week boot camp, “Body & Soul,” from 6:30-7:30 a.m. Monday-Friday in its gym. Enrollment costs $17.50. The intense boot camp will improve cardiovascular endurance, build strength and drop pounds. Participants should bring water and a mat/towel. Chalk It Up For LibertyFest will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Festival Market Place. Enter the chalk drawing contest to celebrate Parks and Recreation Month and enjoy food, games, crafts, a dunk tank, entertainment and more.

The LibertyFest Parade will begin at 9 a.m. in downtown Edmond. Get there early to make sure you get a good view of the parade’s bands, floats, clowns, antique cars, horses and decorated bikes.
The LibertyFest ParkFest will be from 5-9:30 p.m. on the UCO campus. Enjoy free watermelon, music, games, family entertainment, contests and food. Ice chests and pets will not be allowed.
The LibertyFest Fireworks at UCO will begin at 10 p.m. on campus. Bring a blanket or lawn chair.
