Former OSU coach’s drug charges dropped
Drug charges against former Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton were dismissed and expunged this week, Payne County District Attorney Tom Lee said Friday.
Sutton, 42, completed all the conditions of his three-year deferred sentence handed down Aug. 13, 2010, Lee said. When a defendant receives a deferred sentence, it means the case could be dismissed and his court records expunged — or erased — if he abides by the conditions of his sentencing. -
