Special to The Sun
The University of Central Oklahoma will connect students with local and national organizations at the Fall Career and Internship Fair, noon to 4 p.m. Sept. 19 in the Nigh University Center Grand Ballrooms.
Hosted by Central’s Office of Career Services, the fair offers businesses the opportunity to meet prospective employees, many who are studying in one or more of the university’s renowned academic programs.
Beth Adele, director of Career Services, said businesses like Arvest Bank, Chesapeake Energy Corp., and KSBI-TV have registered for booths at the fair.
Businesses interested in a booth space should register online at www.hirebronchos.com by Sept. 15.
For those searching for a job, the fair is free and open to the public. Attendees are required to dress professionally and encouraged to bring copies of their résumés.
