BKD’s Todd Lisle elected to president of business board

EDMOND — Todd Lisle, managing partner of BKD CPAs & Advisors’ Oklahoma practice, was elected president of the Governing Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium (OK Ethics) on May 1. Prior to this appointment, Lisle served as a head of the Conflict of Interest Committee on the OK Ethics board since August 2008. OK Ethics is a nonprofit organization with nearly 800 members representing more than 200 companies who are dedicated to promoting Oklahoma values of integrity at work. It has monthly forums for business leaders in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.   

In addition to his management duties, Lisle is also a member of the firms’ Governing Board, BKD National Financial Services Group and BKD National Manufacturing & Distribution Group. He has more than 29 years of experience in public accounting providing audit, litigation consulting, business valuation and fraud investigation services. Lisle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and a past president and current board member of the Edmond Public Schools Foundation. He is Accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Auditor®.
