Flintco LLC has announced a new board chairman and the expanded roles current senior management will play. The new structure will support the continued growth of the company and all its regional offices, Flintco stated in a news release.
Tom Maxwell remains Chief Executive Officer and has additionally been named chairman of the board of Flintco LLC. Maxwell joined the company in 1983 as Chief Financial Officer. He was named CEO in 1988. Under his leadership, company revenues have grown from $55 million to more than $1 billion.
Mark Grimes, of Edmond, will maintain his role as division president. Grimes leads the Oklahoma City office. Additionally, he has been promoted to executive vice president of Flintco LLC. With this promotion, he will provide leadership for the senior management team concentrating on strategic direction and growth planning for the company.
In announcing Grimes’ promotion, Maxwell said, “With more than 30 years in construction, Mark is well-known as a leader in the industry. Retaining our senior management and their depth of experience provides a continuity that will take Flintco to the next level in service, technology and allow for productive growth.”
