Fundamentals of project management class offered at OCCC

OKLA. CITY — The Professional Development Institute at Oklahoma City Community College will present Fundamentals of Project Management from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 29-30 in the John Massey Center room JMC131.

The two-day program will focus on three key areas of project management: knowledge, skills and abilities. Participates also will learn the following:

• How to define project and project management;

• How to analyze and prioritize phases of a project;

• How to implement, control and deliver a project within scope and budget.

Facilitator Lori Hoppes, with Professional Development Specialists in Oklahoma City, specializes in interactive learning in adult education through confident and animated presentations. Hoppes is a certified challenge course instructor and has a Bachelor of Science degree in education, training and development. Lori’s background includes designing, coordinating and delivering training programs and seminars across a wide range of venues.
