Three new Parkview retirement homes will be part of the Central Oklahoma 2013 Parade of Homes that begins Oct. 19, the only full retirement community showing in the Parade, according to the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association.
The homes, part of the Touchmark at Coffee Creek full-service retirement community in Edmond, will be among the 117 homes featured on the tour.
A sneak peek and social hour is scheduled for 2:30-4 p.m. Friday at the Parkview model homes at 2941 Touchmark Drive.
Each model home features spacious and open floor plans with beautiful custom cabinetry and crown molding in a traditional brick style with a garage and economical Energy Star certification. The homes also feature both indoor and outdoor maintenance, chef-prepared dining in a campus that attracts residents 55 years and older.
The sneak peek and social hour will offer refreshments, entertainment, tours and information about Touchmark’s award-winning Full Life Wellness Life Enrichment Program.
There is no charge for the sneak peek and social hour, and the homes will be open for the public to tour all nine days of the parade, Oct. 19-27.
Touchmark is hosting another social hour, scheduled for 3:30-4:30 p.m. Oct. 25 with music by country singer Cliff Shelder.

The COHBA Parade of Homes will be open from 1-7 p.m. daily Oct. 19-27. Featured Area Neighborhood Developments in Edmond in this year’s parade include Golden Gate @ Twin Bridges Third Addition, Birnam Woods, Griffin Park III LLC, and Savannah Estates and Pleasant Grove, both in northwest Oklahoma City. There are a total of more than 100 new homes on the complete list of homes open for viewing in Edmond, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City and Oklahoma City, according to COHBA.
