Special to The Sun
OKLA. CITY —
On Nov. 8, St. Anthony Foundation will paint the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum gold for its signature fundraising event Saints Ball.
The Ball, themed Golden Gala, is a celebration of the foundation’s 50th anniversary. The evening will feature gold décor, a signature golden cocktail, entertainment throughout the evening and live and silent auctions. The Saints Ball Golden Gala is chaired by Judy Love and James Pickel, who are encouraging guests to wear gold or gold accessories.
“St. Anthony will shine at the Golden Gala,” said co-chair Judy Love. “This will be an unforgettable evening full of gold and glamour to support Oklahoma City’s premier hospital, St. Anthony.”
St. Anthony Foundation raises funds to support St. Anthony Hospital. For 50 years, the foundation’s philanthropic efforts have been critical in the hospital’s growth, expansion and improvements.
“The foundation has helped fund the renaissance at St. Anthony Hospital,” said co-chair James Pickel. “Saints Ball is not only a great fundraising event, but it’s a chance to celebrate the foundation’s accomplishments with our dedicated donors and friends.”
Many impressive auction items will be available for bidding during the ball. Auction items include: a painting party with Desmond Mason, a unique Thunder experience with courtside seats, a one-of-a-kind necklace created by Valerie Naifeh, vacations to Napa and Cozumel and much more. Samuel Gordon Jewelers will present the Premier Jewelry Raffle with a $5,000 gift certificate for the winner.
