EDMOND — Hall Estill announced that nine of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized as “local litigation stars” and “future stars” in 2013 by Benchmark Litigation, a leading national law publication.

Attorneys J. Kevin Hayes, Mark K. Blongewicz, Michael E. Smith, of Edmond, J. Patrick Cremin, Phillip L. Free Jr. of Edmond, Steven W. Soulé and Timothy S. Posey were selected as “local litigation stars,” and Sarah Jane Gillett and John F. Heil III were recognized as “future stars.”

“Having a team of litigation stars speaks volumes about our firm’s experience and leadership,” Hall Estill Managing Partner Michael D. Cooke said.

Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the U.S. The guide’s results are the culmination of a six-month research period that allows researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. These interviews are conducted to examine the casework handled by the firms and ask sources to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state or national practice areas.

Founded in 1967 in Tulsa, Hall Estill is a full-service law firm with clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and medium-sized companies to nonprofit organizations, emerging businesses and individuals.
