Hudiburg Chevrolet and the National Street Rod Association Vehicle Safety Program have partnered to host a free car show and safety appreciation day in celebration of Hudiburg’s 57th anniversary. The car show will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 17 at Hudiburg Chevrolet, 6000 Tinker Diagonal in Midwest City.
“Hudiburg is excited to be celebrating our 57 years of service to Oklahoma with this event,” said Mike Myers, general manager of Hudiburg Chevrolet. “We want to thank our loyal customers and give them an opportunity to enjoy the unique cars that we will have on display, and we also want to encourage auto enthusiasts to enter their cars in the show.”
All year cars are eligible to be displayed for free with 1984 year models and later available for inspection. There are 20 award classes with two trophies given for each category, including Corvette, 70s & Later, 28-54 Coupe, Racecar, longest distance driven and more. The winners of each class will be chosen by fellow car owners from each of the different classes.
“We are excited to be partnering with Hudiburg Chevorlet again and congratulate them on their 57 years of service to the auto industry,” said Dennis Meyers, National Street Rod Association Southern Oklahoma state safety representative.
Car owners can register their car for the show at the dealership on the day of the event or by email to email@example.com. There is no fee to participate in the show or attend the event. Refreshments and food vendors will be available to all event attendees.
