EDMOND — The Financial District of Oklahoma, in the area of 15th Street and Bryant Avenue in Edmond, has experienced significant business growth in the past year.
Businesses located in the ChappelWood building at 1725 E. 15th St. include First Collateral Mortgage, Ameriprise, Christin Adkins PLLC and family law attorney A.J. Jones.
“Since moving to the Financial District my business has doubled in growth each year,” said Jones of Jones Family Law. “The Financial District is a great location for business and offers a very professional environment.”
Previously operating from home, Christin Adkins PLLC now occupies three offices in the ChappelWood building.
“The Financial District has many advantages,” Adkins said. “My clients have responded very positively to the new location, which is easily accessible from I-35 and the turnpike and we take advantage of the beautiful boardroom … .”
Spring Creek Village, a 62,000-square-foot retail development at 15th Street and Bryant Avenue, is 100 percent leased and houses companies such as Scott Trade, Legacy Bank, American Fidelity Mortgage and Morgan Stanley.
IBC Bank officially opened its location on 15th Street next to Turtlecreek.
“We opened Jan. 6, and are very excited to be in our new Edmond location and have already seen substantial increase in our foot traffic and new customers,” said Dante Staden, IBC branch manager.
The Financial District of Oklahoma encompasses financial professionals and supporting services, forming a powerful alliance, said Financial District visionary Victoria Woods.
