EDMOND — Edmond-area Allstate agents recognized for excellence
Select Edmond area Allstate agencies have been designated Premier Service Agencies for 2009.
Bestowed upon less than 20 percent of the Allstate agents in Oklahoma this year, The Premier Service Agency designation is awarded to agents who have consistently demonstrated excellence in delivering an accessible, knowledgeable and personal customer experience.
The following Edmond-area agents received the distinction of Premier Service Agency and consistently receive high reviews from their customers:

“Designations are presented to agents who display a strong commitment to putting the customer at the center of the agency’s work,” said Tom Smith, regional sales leader for Allstate’s Southwest region.
AAA plans job fair for OKC contact center
A job fair will be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday in Oklahoma City for persons interested in working at the new AAA Operations Center, now being staffed in northwest Oklahoma City.
“Right now, we’re looking for people with good customer service skills to become insurance servicing agents,” said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma. “We also need bilingual individuals with these skills to service our Spanish-speaking AAA members and customers.”
The new 147,000-square-foot building is a contact center, helping six million AAA members in a 10-state region including Oklahoma.
The job fair will be at the new AAA Operations Center at 3100 Quail Springs Parkway, just northwest of Memorial Road and North May Avenue in northwest Oklahoma City
Parking is available on the north side of the center, just outside the main doors in the middle of the building by the flags.
