Champion Homes plans open house Thursday
Champion Homes unveils their second building with brand new, hip, affordable and customizable town homes in their Old Towne Loft community in downtown Edmond. The Old Towne Lofts, just south of second Street on Fretz Avenue, provides what today’s buyers really want — brand new, modern lofts starting in the 170s, ready for purchase today.
With innovative, untapped floor plans, Champion Homes now delivers everything empty nesters, newlyweds, single business people and college students want — modern living at low prices in the heart of Edmond. Buyers are able to customize their lofts and move in within 45 days.
“We’re really excited about our new, affordable, 2-story lofts,” Frakes said. “We’ve taken suggestions over the years from prospective buyers and turned those into actual options, customizations and amenities moving forward. It feels great to be able to offer people the option of living in downtown Edmond within walking distance of places like shops, restaurants and the Farmers Market for under $200,000.”
Fresh floor plans include roof terraces, customizations in flooring, cabinets and countertops. The community will now also include a dog park.
Champion Homes is hosting an Open House in the new model on Thursday from 11a.m. to 7 p.m. Big Truck Tacos and refreshments will be served from 4-6 p.m.
