The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants recently honored its 30-, 40- and 50-year members at the organization’s annual members meeting on June 10 in Tulsa. Many Edmond CPAs were recognized.
Thirty-year honorees receive certificates of appreciation and gold lapel pins. Among those recognized for 30 years of OSCPA memberships were: Alan R. Berryman, CPA, chief financial officer at Prime Bank; William A. Bostwick, CPA, chief financial officer at Express Services Inc; Susan C. Ewing, CPA, sole practitioner; John D. Garrison, CPA, executive business manager Chesapeake Energy Corporation; Robert R. Hale, CPA, shareholder at Hale & Company; Darrel W. James, CPA, sole practitioner; sole practitioner; Rodney L. Kroutil, CPA, sole practitioner; Ronald K. Mauch, CPA, president at RKM Investments Inc; Gregory L. Poland, CPA, sole practitioner; Jerry W. Putnam, CPA, partner at Putnam & Company; Thomas N. Richards, CPA, president at Innovative Partners; and Debra Royster, CPA, accountant at Olson Neaves & Co; PC.
Forty-year honorees also receive certificates of appreciation and gold lapel pins. Those recognized for 40-years of membership are: Emmett D. Carter, CPA, sole practitioner; Carl R. Gibson, retired CPA; John K. Maravich, CPA, vice president of finance at Southwest Electric Co; and Robert L. Terrell, CPA, professor at University of Central Oklahoma.
Fifty-year member Bill D. Amend, CPA, retired and Denver W. Woolsey, CPA, retired received a certificate of appreciation, a diamond-studded lapel pin and a lifetime membership waiving all future dues.
