Arvest Bank has announced the promotions of Gary Myles, Jarom Christie, Brent Sartin and Amanda Gillespie. Myles has been promoted to vice president, Christie and Sartin to assistant vice president and Gillespie to branch manager.
Myles currently serves as consumer loan manager. He brings to the position nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Arvest as branch manager in 2012, Myles served as vice president at Oklahoma Federal Credit Union. Myles has his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.
In his new role as vice president, Myles will continue to manage and oversee consumer-lending activity for Arvest.
Christie has occupied several roles during his time at Arvest, most recently serving as branch manager. As assistant vice president and branch manager, he will continue to direct branch activities, while monitoring organizational policies and procedures.
Preceding his promotion, Sartin served as branch manager for Arvest. As assistant vice president and branch manager, Sartin will continue to oversee daily functions of the branch, and also will supervise employee and customer relations. Involved in the community, Sartin is a member of the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce.
Gillespie has been with Arvest for more than a decade. In her new position as branch manager of the Arvest Branch at 2025 Sonoma Park Drive in Edmond, Gillespie will oversee employee activity and growth of the branch.
Arvest Bank operates more than 260 bank branches in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas through a network of 16 locally managed banks, each with its own board of directors and management team. These banks serve customers in more than 90 communities with 12-hour weekday banking at most locations.
