Pelco Products recently announced the promotion of Shelley Bailey to customer service manager for Pelco Products Inc. Bailey has been with Pelco Products Inc. for 19 years, most recently as sales coordinator. Shelley has handled many responsibilities during her tenured time at Pelco. She started as a receptionist and worked her way through the Internal Sales and Customer Service Department.

She is vital in customer relations and has done a wonderful job making each customer feel that not only is their business important to Pelco, but they are an extension of the Pelco family. Shelley exemplifies our motto that we are in business because of the great service we provide to our customers. This new role will allow her to mentor others in outstanding service,” said Steve Parduhn, one of the owners of Pelco Products.
In her new position, Bailey will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Inside Sales and Customer Service Departments.
