Brides find unique style at Vintner’s Cellar

EDMOND — Vintner’s Cellar custom winery will provide your wedding with a unique experience that cannot be matched. Imagine going to Italy, Germany, Austria, or South Africa to select the perfect grapes. After only the first pressing of the grapes, you return to the vineyard to make your own blended wine. In Edmond- Vintner’s Cellar has travelled the world and done just that. They have imported the top grade grape juices from all across the globe to help you design your own wine.

Todd Hall is the proprietor and expert wine designer. Vintner’s Cellar has been in Edmond since 2007 and has assisted many wine connoisseurs create and bottle their own unique blended wines. If you can dream it they can make it.

The first step is meeting with your wine designer and deciding between reds and white juices, followed by the sweetness or dryness of the wine. From the most requested Pinot Grigio to Red Zinfandel you control the fruitfulness and oak. Wine tastings are available and are useful when trying to design your own wine.

To begin the process you are taken to the back wine making room where your wine making adventure begins. The first phase takes under 40 minutes to start. This involves selecting your juices and adding the yeast to start the fermentation process. Todd and his staff will watch your wine for 6 to 8 weeks giving you updates along the process.

Once your wine is ready a two-hour bottling party is scheduled and you and your wedding party will cork, shrink wrap and label your wine. Vintner’s Cellars will help design your label, and have many options to meet every wedding parties taste.

Each batch is enough to fill 30 wine bottles perfect for table service or 60 flight bottles (1/2 bottle) which make perfect wedding favors. In addition to wine, Vintner’s also offers personalized etched wine glasses. The wine making packages start as low as $320 to as much as $520.

Vintner’s Cellar custom winery has a private wine room, and the winery is available for rental to host your special events. The wine room has seating for 10 and for larger parties please contact Vintner’s directly.
