Swafford — Mitzner

Journey Church in Norman will be the setting for the 7 p.m. Aug. 8, 2008, wedding of Sally Jane Swafford of Norman and Matthew Miles Mitzner of Edmond.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Mary Swafford of Norman. Her father is an oil and gas landman and owner of Blue Star Gas Corp.

A 2004 Norman North High School graduate, the bride-to-be received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2008.

The groom-to-be is the son of Miles and Ronda Mitzner of Edmond. His father is an attorney. His mother is a dental hygienist.

A 2003 Edmond Memorial High School graduate, the groom-to-be received a bachelor’s degree in political science from OU in 2007.

He currently is attending the University of Texas School of Law.
