EDMOND —
Dr. David and Penny Noel of Edmond, Okla., announce the engagement of their son, CPT Michael Alan Noel, to Faithe Eva Partenheimer, daughter of Daniel and Janette Partenheimer of Cody, Wyo.
The bride-elect is a 2007 home-schooled graduate and received her Associates degree in Outdoor Education from Northwest College in Powell, Wyo. She is currently a sub para with the Cody Public Schools and youth staff at Grace Baptist Church in Cody, Wyo. Her father is a supervisor with the Social Security Administration and her mother is homemaker and home school teacher.
The groom-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Edmond North High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership with a minor in Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a captain in the United States Army serving as an S-3 Operations Officer for 3-1 Calvary Squadron at Fort Benning, Ga. He also serves the Kingdom of God as a laborer and associate staff with the Navigators Military Ministry at Fort Benning, Ga. His father is a professor at the University of Central Oklahoma and his mother is a certified public accountant.
An outdoor wedding is planned for July 14, 2012 at the Wayfarer’s Chapel outside Yellowstone National Park, Wyo.
