EDMOND —
Larry and Jan Hirt are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Erin McRae Hirt of Round Rock, Texas, to Matthew Aaron Morgal of Edmond, Okla.
The bride-to-be attended school in Round Rock ISD before graduating from Victoria Memorial in 2004. In 2008 she received her business degree from Oklahoma City University where she also played volleyball. She is currently employed at Southwest High School where she is the head volleyball coach and a special education teacher.
The groom-to-be is the son of Mike Morgal and Susie Morgal of Edmond. He graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High School in 2005. He played baseball at Seminole State College, Lamar University, and Southern Nazarene before being drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays. He played in the Blue Jay organization until 2011 and then he earned his business degree in Finance from Southern Nazarene University. He is presently employed in management at Cintas in San Antonio, Texas.
The couple is planning a December 1, 2012 wedding at the Hankamer-Fleming Chapel located at the Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock.
