Mr. and Mrs. Jim Christofferson of Edmond, Okla., are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Cory James, of Tulsa, Okla., to Kendall Elizabeth Kalas of Fort Worth, Texas.
Kendall is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Kalas of Fort Worth and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Vendegna of Dallas and Mrs. Anthony Kalas and the late Anthony Kalas of Chicago, Ill.
Cory is the grandson of Mrs. Jim Livingston and the late Jim Livingston of Duncan, Okla., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Christofferson of Bethany.
The groom-to-be attended Edmond North High School and received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He is currently employed by Bank of Oklahoma, Energy Group in Tulsa.
The bride-elect attended Trinity Valley School and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education and will receiver her Doctorate in Audiolgy, Au.D., in 2014. She is an OKLEND Leadership Fellow and the United Way hearing aid bank coordinator.
Kendall and Cory plan to marry in December in Fort Worth and make their home in Tulsa.
