EDMOND —     The parents of Kim File and Jeffrey Michael Adkins are pleased to announce the couple’s engagement and upcoming wedding.

    The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. Brad and Lynn Fielding of Edmond, Okla. and Steve and Kay File of Beggs, Okla. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and is employed by Eskridge Honda.

    The prospective groom is the son of Michael and Cathy Adkins of Albany, Mo. He is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State, and is employed by Century LLC.

    Kim and Jeff will exchange their wedding vows at Snowmass, Colo., in September.
