Hudiburg Subaru plans pet adoption event

Special to The Sun

OKLA. CITY —  Hudiburg Subaru, at 210 E. I-240 Service Road, will present a free pet adoption event from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 5. The Subaru team hopes to place 20 to 30 dogs and cats currently in the care of the Central Oklahoma Humane Society.

“We are thrilled at the opportunity to help our four-legged friends find loving homes,” said Brad Smicklas, general manager of Hudiburg Subaru. “Hudiburg has a great, long-standing relationship with the Central Oklahoma Humane Society, and we look forward to hosting more adoption events throughout the next year.”

All of the pets available for adoption will be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, current on flea and tick prevention and micro-chipped.

This marks the second pet adoption event for the Central Oklahoma Humane Society hosted by Hudiburg. Last year’s event on Black Friday helped unite 165 pets with happy owners.
