Alliance plans 19th annual Kitchen Tour

Oklahoma County Medical Society Alliance will sponsor the 19th annual Kitchen Tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 25.

“We will be showcasing some of the most incredible kitchens in exclusive Nichols Hills,” said member Paula Scott.

“Each of the kitchens will feature local guest chefs, cooking demonstrations, luxury table settings and breathtaking floral designs.”

Also on the tour will be a coffee bar, bake sale and a Q&A; session with certified kitchen designer Karen Black-Sigler.

The event is open to the public, and admission tickets are $12 each in advance and $15 each the day of the event. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the following Oklahoma City businesses: A Karen Black Company, Jamie’s, Lime Leopard, Mediterranean Imports, New Leaf Florists, On A Whim, Tony Foss Flowers, NuNu’s Mediterranean Café, Culinary Kitchen and at Paper Lion in Edmond.

Homes on the tour include: 1709 Camden Way, home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Coleman; 1714 Coventry Lane, home of Monique and Andrew Nelson; 1210 Larchmont Lane, home Tracy and Tim Hughes; 6917 Grand Boulevard, home of Cristi and Jeff Mobley; 2431 Grand Circle, home of Sally and Steve Bentley; and 3013 N.W. 63rd, A Karen Black Company.

Sponsors are Deaconess Hospital, St. Anthony’s Hospital, Integris Baptist Medical Center and Mercy Health Center.

Proceeds from the Kitchen Tour will benefit Schools for Healthy Lifestyles and Health Alliance for the Uninsured.
