JONATHAN SMITH | UCO PHOTO SERVICES Taylor Upson (center), a sophomore elementary education major from Owasso, was crowned Miss University of Central Oklahoma 2009 on Nov. 8. Also receiving scholarships and recognition were (left to right) third runner-up Brandi Davison of Choctaw, first runner-up Stephanie Villanella of Skiatook, second runner-up Emily Weeks and fourth runner-up AnnaMarie Bomar, both of Lawton.
