Adults with cold feet may suffer from the health risks associated with poor circulation. A public seminar from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Platt College in Moore offers insights on this health condition.
“When are Cold Feet a Medical Emergency?” is the topic presented by OU Vascular Center members, Dr. Thomas Whitsett and Dr. Thomas Hennebry.
“It’s important to recognize symptoms that may indicate a serious circulatory problem exists,” Whitsett said. “Cold feet are a primary sign of poor circulation that may lead to a blood clot. Receiving medical treatment for this in a timely manner can often be important to successful treatment.”
Platt College is at 201 N. Eastern, across the street from Moore High School. Refreshments will be served. Call 271-1572 for reservations.
