Saturday was the annual visit by the Easter Bunny (Bill Walling) to the seniors group at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Boulevard.
A group of students from St. Elizabeth Ann Seton stopped by to wish the seniors a happy Easter and the Easter Bunny brought smiles to young and old faces alike.
The church opens its doors each from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.Wednesday to senior citizens from Edmond for one-on-one time with a volunteer, a small communion service for those wishing to join, and a noon meal with friends along with entertainment, games or sing-a-longs.
New Stars (seniors from home daycare and nursing homes) are welcome. Contact St. John the Baptist Catholic Church to be a part of the gathering every Wednesday.
