A Special Meeting of the Deer Creek School Board will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Deer Creek High East Commons, 6025 N.W. 206th St., Edmond.
The following items are on the agenda:

1. Recording of members present and absent.
B. Business Items:
1. Discussion of redistricting Rose Union Elementary School and Deer Creek Elementary School’s neighborhoods for 2008-09.
C. Adjournment.
Special Events Committee
The Special Events Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the MAC, 2733 Marilyn Williams Drive. The following items are on the agenda:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Minutes for March 5 meeting.
3. Discussion and action on deposit return:
a. EMHS Swine Week, Hafer Park, March 8.
b. Oklahoma Christian School Fun Run, Hafer Park, March 15.
c. Cathedral of the Hills Easter Egg Hunt, Hafer Park, March 22.
d. Orvis Risner Elementary PTA Run the Boulevard, City Streets, March 29.
4. Discussion and consideration on the following events:
a. DEBA Arts Festival, May 2-4, amendment to application.
b. Michelle Schaefer Ins. City Streets, June 14.
c. Bike to Work (City of Edmond), city streets, May 16.
