A fight at a party led to the arrest of three teenagers.
Meghan Therese Sweeney, 18, and Bailey Elise Boone and Danielle Marie Schepperley, both 19, were arrested Thursday on complaints of violating the City of Edmond’s social host ordinance.
Edmond Police officers received a phone call about a disturbance at a house and when officers arrived there were three girls in the front yard having a verbal argument, according to a police report.
One of the girls at the party was bleeding from her nose and had scratches on her arms. Schepperley, who told police she had punched a window in her bedroom and the glass cut her, was bleeding from her hand and arm, the report stated.
As officers looked around the house, they found beer bottles in the dining area and in the living room. The residents also had a ping pong table set up in the dining room, which officers reported that it was used for playing “beer pong,” a drinking game.
There was a total of six people at the house and only one person was older than the age of 21, according to the report.
EMSA arrived and treated Schepperley, who was later taken to Edmond Medical Center, where she was treated and released to be booked into jail, the report stated. Boone and Sweeney also were taken to the Edmond Jail.
