Bone & Joint Hospital offer screening for Osteoporosis Month

— May is National Osteoporosis Prevention Month. Bone & Joint Hospital is having an educational seminar at 2 p.m. May 15. The hospital also will provide free osteoporosis screenings before the seminar from 1-2 p.m. and after the seminar from 3-4 p.m. The seminar and screenings will take place at Bone & Joint Hospital, Northwest 10th and Dewey, midtown Oklahoma City, in the Education Center, with refreshments and door prizes.
Dr. Scott C. Robertson, a neurosurgeon on staff at Bone & Joint Hospital, will speak about the dangers of osteoporosis and the aging spine, as well as prevention and treatment of the disease. Register for this seminar by calling 552-9372.
