The Special Events Committee will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the MAC, 2733 Marilyn Williams Drive. The following items are on the agenda:

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. June 3 meeting minutes.

3. Discussion and action on deposit return:

a. Edmond YMCA Youth Triathlon, Hafer Park & Pelican Bay, June 20.

b. LibertyFest Kitefest, Mitch Park, June 27-28.

c. Taste of Edmond, Festival Market, June 28.

d. Road Rally, Downtown & Out, June 28.

4. Discussion and consideration on the following events:

a. Schaefer Insurance Agency “Open House,” 19 E Hurd. (City Streets) July 25.

b. OBS Streak, Mitch Park & Cities, Sept. 12-13.

c. First Presbyterian Church “VBS In The Park” July 24-25.

d. Stephenson Park. Amendment.

5. Discussion and consideration for correction/s for parade guidelines.

6. New business.

7. Adjournment.
