Mostly clear skies with a chance for rain on the Fourth

Skies are to be mostly clear with a chance for scattered showers and a few thunderstorms in parts of the state for the start of the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
The National Weather Service said Thursday night would be clear with a slight chance for thunderstorms in far northeastern and far southeastern Oklahoma and lows from the mid 60s to the lower 70s.
Friday is to be sunny with a possible thundershower in the northwest and highs from the mid 90s to 102 degrees.
Independence Day is to become partly cloudy with a chance for showers and thunderstorms, especially in northern and western Oklahoma, and highs in the 90s to about 103 degrees while overnight lows are expected in the mid 60s to mid 70s.
