Several Edmond authors will participate in the first Oklahoma City Zoo’s Animal Author Expo from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
E. Norbert Smith and Vivian Gilbert Zabel will be available to answer questions about their books.
Smith, who writes under the pen name Doc Gator, wrote “Al-the-Gator and Freddie Frog.” He originally wrote the book as a Christmas gift for his grandson.
Zabel, who writes under the pen name V. Gilbert Zabel, will feature one of her newest young adult books “The Base Stealers Club.”
