Amount of Issue: Proposition No. 1 — $35.48 million

Proposition No. 2 — $800,000

Total $36.28 million

Proposition No. 1

1. Provide improvements to the Edmond District by purchasing and installing computers, software, technology-related equipment, phone systems and technology support services. Approximate Cost: $2.5 million

2. Orvis Risner Elementary School and Boulevard Academy, for the continuation of repair/replacement of roofing. Approximate Cost: $900,000

3. Memorial HS, North HS and Santa Fe HS for the construction and installation of perimeter security fencing and gatehouses. Approximate Cost: $1 million

4. Purchase of athletic and fine arts equipment, at middle and high schools, the purchase of band uniforms for North and the purchase of library/media center books, instructional equipment/materials and textbooks as needed, and as funds will allow at all school sites. Approximate Cost: $1.4 million

5. Washington Irving ES and Cross Timbers ES for the purchase and installation of HVAC equipment. Approximate Cost: $400,000

6. Chisholm ES, to purchase kitchen equipment, furnishings, construction of additional parking and completion of the expansion and renovation of the entrance and office area. Approximate Cost: $1 million

7. Northern Hills ES, to replace and upgrade electrical systems and components, purchase and install HVAC units, acquire furnishings and provide for the completion of the roof and facia addition. Approximate Cost: $900,000

8. Orvis Risner ES, to construct and equip a classroom addition and renovation of certain restrooms and exterior windows. Approximate Cost: $2.615 million

9. Russell Dougherty ES, to construct and equip a classroom addition to the existing facility. Approximate Cost: $1.29 million

10. Sunset ES, to construct and equip a classroom addition for the existing facility, renovate/upgrade the fire sprinkler system and replace the soffit and fada of the existing building. Approximate Cost: $4.8 million

11. Central MS, to construct and equip an addition to the media center and renovate certain classrooms, hallways and restrooms. Approximate Cost $4.6 million

12. Summit MS and Charles Haskell ES, to construct and replace student lockers, replace the gymnasium floor at Summit, renovate the Summit/Haskell shared parking lot and construct a new parking lot at Charles Haskell. Approximate Cost: $950,000

13. Cheyenne MS, Cimarron MS, Sequoyah MS, Summit MS, to construct and install additional tennis courts and fencing. Approximate Cost: $1.55 million

14. Memorial HS, North HS and Santa Fe HS, to construct and equip an indoor hitting facility at Santa Fe for baseball and softball, renovate and improve dugouts and the press box at the Memorial baseball field and construct bleacher covers at the North baseball field. Approximate Cost: $975,000

15. North HS construct and equip a two-story front addition to the existing facility to include an expansion of the media center, classrooms and restrooms, administration office and renovate the counseling and special education areas. Approximate Cost: $7.3 million

16. Edmond Public Schools transportation facility, to construct a transportation driver and administrative building improvements and additions to the transportation mechanics shop, construct a replacement bus shed, add hard surface parking and road improvements. Approximate Cost: $3.3 million

TOTAL PROPOSITION No. 1 approximate cost: $35.48 million.

Proposition No. 2

1. Purchase transportation equipment to include but not be limited to large school buses, small school buses and an agriculture education vehicle.

TOTAL PROPOSITION No. 2 approximate cost: $800,000.

TOTAL PROPOSED BOND PROPOSITIONS:
