The State of Creativity Forum 2012 will be Nov. 13 at the Cox Convention Center in Downtown Oklahoma City.
The forum will feature Keynote Speakers Sir Ken Robinson on “Leading a Culture of Innovation,” Peter Diamandis on “How to Incentivize Breakthrough Thinking,” and Gregg Fraley on “Tough Creative Love ... the Why and How of Creative Action!”
The State of Creativity Forum also will feature the newly created “Conversations With” series that features a creative panel of experts with a key speaker. They include:
A Conversation with Sir Ken Robinson “Creativity & Societal Change” including: Aideen McGinley, BBC Northern Ireland; Sacha Hamilton, Duchess of Abercorn, The Pushkin Trust; Sandra Janoff, Future Search; and Derek Brown, Actorshop.
A Conversation with Peter Diamandis facilitated by Gregg Fraley, including: Stephen McKeever, Oklahoma Secretary of Science & Technology; John Herrington, former astronaut and Oklahoma Creativity Ambassador; Carrie Fitzsimmons, ArtScience Prize; Anita Waxman, Tony award-winning producer; and Pete Delaney, CEO of OG&E.
A Conversation with the Green Family “From Frames to Films” facilitated by Bart Conner, including: David Green, founder of Hobby Lobby; Mart Green, CEO of Mardel Stores; Brent Ryan Green, director/producer/co-founder of Toy Gun Films.
The Forum includes breakout sessions by renowned guest speakers focused on education, commerce and culture. Attendees also will enjoy the Experiential Exhibit Hall with more than 30 creative and innovative schools, companies, and projects.
