Special to The Sun
OKLA. CITY —
Join INTEGRIS Men’s Health University in recognition of “Movember,” a men’s health and wellness education initiative celebrated across the world and throughout INTEGRIS facilities during the month of November. The event is set for 8-11 a.m. Nov. 2 at the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute, 5911 W. Memorial Road.
Start the month off right with a hearty pancake breakfast and routine screening for prostate, oral, skin and colorectal cancers. This may not be your idea of a normal healthy breakfast, but one in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. Free PSA blood tests and prostate exam opportunities are available between 8-11 a.m. for men 50 years of age and older unless you have a previous family history.
The morning breakfast will include pancakes, bacon, coffee, juice and fruit for $5 per person. Reservations are required. For more information or to register, call the INTEGRIS HealthLine at 951-2277.
