Fire rescue personnel and EMSA responded to a crash with injuries Monday afternoon that backed up traffic in southeast Edmond.
Shortly after 3 p.m., first responders were working the scene, where several vehicles were in the intersection. Eastbound traffic was backed up on 33rd Street and southbound traffic was backed up on Bryant Avenue.
Police spokeswoman Jenny Monroe said two people were treated for injuries; one had leg injuries and chest and arm injuries. None of the injuries were life threatening, Monroe said.
No further details were available.
Personnel were working in uncomfortably cold weather, with temperatures in the 20s and winds out of the north, according to local information from the National Weather Service.
