James Michael Patrick, 8686 Venezia, was arrested on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer Cody Hash.

Nelson Javier Villeda, Oklahoma City, was arrested on a public intoxication-municipal complaint. Officer Joe Rice.

Vernon Lenn Hankins, 1608 Shadow Ct., was arrested on a public intoxication-state complaint. Officer Timothy Radcliff.

Christopher William Morgan, 304 Countryside Trl., was arrested on a DUI complaint. Officer Mason Long.

Jordan Lee Meierhoff, 2809 Echo Trl., was arrested on a public intoxication-state complaint. Officer Brad Griffin.

Alexander Andrew Aguilar, 1112 N.W. 138th St., was arrested on an Oklahoma County warrant. Officer Jason Roach.

Justus Ray Basile, 515 W. Edmond Rd., was arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of low-point beer. Officer Kendall Miller.

Johnna Rhiana Davis, Guthrie, was arrested on a petty larceny complaint and on an out-of-county warrant. Officer Roger Shortt.

Thomas Rob Heydman, Oklahoma City, was arrested on complaints of under 21 DUI (alcohol and an intoxicating substance), possession of drug paraphernalia and on an improper lane change traffic citation. Officer Ben Daves.

Milan Khadka, 1012 Chartrand Ave. Apt. 25, was arrested on a no driver’s license in possession traffic citation. Officer Matthew Richardson.

Stephen Wayne Joshua, 1100 Raliegh Cir., was arrested on complaints of DUI and public intoxication-municipal. Officer Jackie Collar.

Edward Alexander Patton, 601 Vista Ln. Lot 84, was arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication-municipal and on a driving under suspension traffic citation. Officer Roger Shortt.

Thomas Eugene Katzenberger, 19409 Candleberry Dr., was arrested on a transporting an open container of alcoholic beverage complaint. Officer Jackie Collar.

Terry Kyle Stroud, 1600 Shadybrook Ln., was arrested on a public intoxication complaint. Officer Jackie Collar.

Jad Tyler Moskau, 5304 Bonney Dr., was arrested on complaints of DUI and minor in possession of low-point beer and on a municipal warrant. Officer Jackie Collar.

Justin Alexander Bridges, Oklahoma City, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia complaint and on a municipal warrant. Officer Jackie Collar.

Alyami Salem Hussain, 1600 Kickingbird Rd., was arrested on a public intoxication-state complaint. Officer Cody Hash.

Blake Alexander Jacobs, 6003 Covey Run Dr., was arrested on a possession of marijuana complaint. Officer Roger Shortt.

Christopher B. Powell, 1100 Redbud Ln., was arrested on traffic citations of tinted windshields & windows prohibited, no proof of insurance by operator and driving under suspension and on an out-of-county warrant. Officer Kendall Miller.

Amy Jane Cleveland, 609 Redstone Ave., was arrested on a DUI complaint. Officer Tim Harwell.

Loreen Marie Lecinski, 10600 N. Evergreen Dr., was arrested on a DUI complaint. Officer Mason Long.

John Lewis Bullard, 900 N. Fretz St. Lot 99, was arrested on complaints of public intoxication-municipal and false representation to an officer, on traffic citations of driving under suspension and no proof of insurance by operator, on an Oklahoma County warrant and on an out-of-county warrant. Officer Cody Hash.

Kevin Dewayne Goodin, 930 S. Boulevard, was arrested on a misdemeanor DUI complaint and on an Oklahoma County warrant. Officer Tom Williams.

Alfredo Perez Herrera, 1205 S. Broadway Apt. 137, was arrested on a public intoxication-municipal complaint. Officer Mason Long.



MONDAY

Dakota Lee Moore, 3919 Rock Dove Lane, was arrested on a possession of marijuana complaint. Officer Branden Baxley.

Gary Gearldon Canary, 326 E. Sixth St., was arrested on complaints of assault and battery, possession of marijuana, uttering a forged instrument, domestic abuse, on traffic citations of expired tag (1-3 months), driving under suspension, failure to wear seatbelt and no proof of insurance by operator, on a municipal warrant and on an Oklahoma County warrant. TUESDAY

Kyle Douglas Hall, Guthrie, was arrested on a municipal warrant. Officer James Sheltman.

Wonkun Kim, 2101 Stepping Stone Trl., was arrested on a DUI complaint. Officer Matthew Tipton.

Danial Jackson May, 2912 E. Noble Dr., was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia complaint and on an Oklahoma County warrant. Officer Joe Rice.

Tyler Scott May, 2912 E. Noble Dr., was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia complaint and on traffic citations of no tag or improper tag and no driver’s license in possession. Officer Joe Rice.

Davin Brandon Gartman, 308 Ryan Way, was arrested on a felony domestic abuse complaint. Officer Joe Rice.



WEDNESDAY

Rene Escobar, Oklahoma City, was arrested on traffic citations of operating a vehicle with improper equipment and driving under suspension and on an out-of-county warrant. Officer Matthew Harden.

Adrian Jermaine Fisher, Oklahoma City, was arrested on traffic citations of expired tag (+3 months), no proof of insurance by owner and driving under suspension. Officer Jason Lewellyn.



THURSDAY

Andrew Michael Whestone, Yukon, was arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana, public intoxication-state and on an out-of-county warrant. Officer Tim Harwell.

Matthew Joseph Allison, 2821 Fairfield Dr., was arrested on a public intoxication-municipal complaint. Officer Cody Hash.

  • Lincoln County Emergency Management calls for help

    Carney is a city of about 649 residents and following the recent tornado outbreak 20 homes were destroyed there and an additional 18 homes in the county were leveled.
    Wednesday, a press release from Lincoln County, along with Wellston Emergency Management Office and the City of Carney, stated that at this time the needs have changed for the city.

  • Oklahoma National Guard coordinates tornado relief support

    Oklahoma National Guard members, who work side-by-side with local responders to aid in recovery efforts during domestic operations such as the May 20 tornado that tore through Oklahoma City and Moore, are given their tasks through the Guard's Joint Operations Center.
    The JOC, located in the Guard's Joint Force Headquarters in Oklahoma City, is primarily responsible for the collection, dissemination and tracking of information to increase the situational awareness for leadership as well as the National Guard Bureau, said Lt. Col. Hiram Tabler, the director of military support for Oklahoma's Joint Force Headquarters.

    As rain poured this morning on disaster relief workers in the Moore and Oklahoma City areas, the Oklahoma House of Representatives unanimously approved a $45 million aid package to provide relief to those impacted by Monday’s EF-5 tornado.

    Monday’s tornado put an estimated 20,000 people out of their houses, which were damaged or destroyed. Some of those victims — and the rescue workers who’ve come to help them — are staying a few miles south, in dormitories at the University of Oklahoma.
    More than 300 individuals and families left homeless by the storm are staying at OU, where the university is providing beds, hot water and meals, often delivered by a familiar face. The university also housed 287 first-responders from Texas, Nebraska, Kansas and Tennessee.

    Shayla Taylor’s second child was moments from birth as an EF-5 tornado bore down on Moore Medical Center on Monday afternoon.
    Her labor was too far along to move her to safety with the rest of those in the hospital, her nurses decided. So as her husband, Jerome, and their 4-year-old son, Shaiden, went downstairs with the others, she and four nurses stayed upstairs and braced for the worst.
