EDMOND — An Oklahoma city man has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography charges and was sentenced to jail time and probation, according to court records.

In August, Benjamin Lee Hudson, 37, of Oklahoma City, was accused of distributing several child pornographic images to a Guthrie undercover detective on one occasion, according to the OSBI.

Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at the suspect’s residence. An on-scene preview of computer-related items revealed the finding of images of child pornography on five devices, OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown said in a previous report.

On Oct. 10, Hudson entered a plea of guilty to six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of using computers in violation of state law, according to Oklahoma County District Court records.

He was ordered to serve a 10-year suspended sentence with the first six months in the county jail and to pay court-related costs.
