EDMOND — A Guthrie man is in the Oklahoma County Jail accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
According to an Edmond Police report, the girl left church camp and went with two of her friends to the home of 19-year-old Marshall Weston Tull.
The girl’s mother told police that Tull and her daughter went into a bathroom and had sex.
The girl said she had been sending text messages to Tull for more than a week and that she and a 14- and 15-year-old took nude pictures of themselves and sent them to Tull’s phone.
Tull came to the Edmond Police Department Monday to “clear his name,” according to the report.
He told police he knew the girl was underage but not 14-years-old.
He was arrested on a complaint of statutory rape and later transported to the Oklahoma County Jail.
