Edmond Police are seeking the identification of a woman who allegedly stole merchandise from an Edmond retailer.
On Aug. 14 police were dispatched to the Target at 1200 East Second Street in reference to a larceny, according to a police report.
Police said a review of store video surveillance showed a white female suspect entering the store with another white female. The pair went to the home improvement department where the suspect selected a fan. They also selected a vacuum and then headed to the checkout area.
They had several employees do merchandise location checks and then decided they were in a hurry and left, police said.
The suspect also came into the store on Aug. 13 and the woman selected a cart full of groceries. Store loss prevention intercepted the suspect, who then left the store without the cart.
Store personnel reported a vacuum, oscillating fan, 10-gallon storage bin and digital camera as stolen, police said.
Police describe the suspect as being a white female in her mid to late 20s with “lots” of acne standing about 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighing between 110-120 pounds with short brown hair.
