Scattered showers possible, hot days return

OKLAHOMA CITY — Hot daytime temperatures are returning to Oklahoma with a chance for a few showers scattered across the state.

The National Weather Service said Tuesday night would be partly cloudy with a slight chance for showers or thunderstorms and lows falling into the 60s statewide.

Wednesday is to become sunny with highs reaching the mid 90s to about 102 degrees.

Partly cloudy skies are forecast Thursday with scattered showers expected in northwestern Oklahoma and highs again in the 90s to about 102 degrees while overnight lows are to drop into the mid 60s to the mid 70s.
