EDMOND — Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals and City Council workshop will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday in Room 104 of the Planning and Public Works Building, 10 S. Littler. The following items are on the agenda:
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of Sept. 21 meeting minutes.
3. Public hearing and consideration of a variance from the 2006 International Plumbing Code for requirement of public toilet facilities in structures intended for public utilization as stated in Section 403.4 of the International Plumbing Code at 2407 Railroad Drive. (Joe & Cheryl Lenochan)

3. Public hearing and consideration of request for a side yard setback variance for a residential accessory structure in a “R-2” Urban Estate Dwelling District at 1404 Leawood Drive, Lot 7, Block 2 of the Leawood Addition. (Jimmie Darnell & Margaret Mendenhall)
4. Public hearing and consideration of request for a street yard setback variance for the construction of a residential accessory building in a “R-1” Rural Estate Dwelling District at 701 N. Air Depot on the northwest corner of Indian Hill Road and North Air Depot Boulevard. (Mark Danner)
5. Public hearing and consideration of variance for an existing encroachment and addition to the house for the street yard and/or side yard setback at 3217 Rankin Terrace, Lot 32, Block 2, Slater-Stricklin Estates. (Ha T. Nguyen)

1998 Downtown Master Plan Review Task Force
The 1998 Downtown Master Plan Review Task Force and Edmond City Council workshop will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday in Room 104 of the Planning and Public Works Building, 10 S. Littler.
1. Call to order.
2. Approval of Oct. 21 meeting minutes.
3. Discussion and review of the 1998 Downtown Master Plan.
4. Review of capital projects completed in the Downtown District from 1998 to present.
5. New business.

Edmond Memorial gets ready for Swine Week 2010
Edmond Memorial High School students took to the streets over the weekend to begin raising money for Swine Week, the school’s annual fundraiser.
