Four Star Leadership Banquet set

Special to The Sun

EDMOND — Oklahoma Christian University will feature Republican consultant Karl Rove 6:30 p.m. July 19 for a keynote speech at the Gaylord University Center. Rove served as the top adviser for former President George W. Bush.

U.S. Army (Ret.) Gen. Tommy Franks also will make remarks. Franks helped to create the Four Star Leadership program, a world-class summer leadership program that allows 50 of the top high school students in the U.S. to have a face-to-face experience with national and international leaders. Four of the students also will speak at the event.

“I am excited that OCPA is partnering with me to help conduct the program, and I would like to invite you to see just how special it is,” Franks said.

Individual tickets are $50. Table sponsorships are available. For tickets or more information, email or call 580-726-5900. Go to
