The final plat for Porches of Arbor Creek was agreed to 3-0 by the Planning Commission this week. This property is east of Saints Boulevard and one-half mile north of east Second Street, said Bob Schiermeyer, city planner.
Arbor Creek and Summit single family neighborhoods is to the east and north of the 9.575-acre property. A 20-foot green belt will be left in its natural state to separate the project from nearby properties.
“Raptor Development Group LLC has designed 12 lots, or two blocks, as another phase of the Porches at Arbor Creek,” Schiermeyer said Tuesday night.
Developer Caleb McCaleb already has developed 12 lots, plus the clubhouse lot, in the Porches development.
The plan includes 78 town house lots, each one story with a one-car garage, Schiermeyer said. These 2,808-square-foot lots would be individually owned. Water lines, sewer lines, private streets and drainage are completed for this addition.
The City Council is set to consider the item March 25.
